Frozen Yogurt Bark Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings of choice (see below for ideas)
Ideas for Toppings
The Crunchy Mom
Perfect for a lot of meal programs. Sweet enough to satisfy cravings, but full of good nutrients.
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup granola
Over the Rainbow
I make this for pride month every year. Festive and refreshing!
- ¼ cup sliced raspberries
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup sliced pineapples
- 2-3 sliced bananas
- ¼ cup sliced kiwis
- ¼ cup sliced blueberries
Peppermint Bark
Great for the holidays! Also recommend switching the vanilla extract for peppermint extract.
- ¾ cup crushed candy canes
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Peanut Butter and Banana
Name a more dynamic duo. I’ll wait.
- ½ cup peanut butter, heated so it’s liquid
- 2-3 bananas, sliced
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Peaches and Cream (and Cherries)
A suggestion from my southern husband
- 3-4 peaches, diced
- ½ cup of cherries, sliced
Tie-Dye
This doesn’t add a lot of additional flavor, but it’s fun and it’s pretty!
- Food coloring of your choice (sprinkle on yogurt and use a toothpick to swirl)
- Shaved coconut
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
- Spread mixture evenly, about a ¼ of an inch thick, onto the baking sheet in rectangular shape. Scatter your toppings of choice (see above for ideas).
